Our builds start at $65,000 and range to $120,000+ depending on size, features, and finishes. Basic gunite pools typically land in the $65,000–$80,000 range. Adding a spa, water features, or premium tile moves the number higher. Joe gives you a precise quote after your free consultation, and that number holds. The only change orders on your job are the ones you ask for.

Twelve weeks, start to finish. That is the date Joe writes into your agreement, and it covers permits, excavation, gunite, tile, decking, equipment, and startup. Start this month and you are swimming by spring.

Yes, completely. We handle permits, city inspections, and HOA submissions. You don't need to deal with any of it. We've built across every Sunridge Valley city and know exactly what each one requires.

Yes. We work with lenders who specialize in pool construction and home improvement projects. Terms vary based on project cost and your qualifications. Ask Joe for details during your free consultation.

Most builders take every job they can sign. We don't. We cap our annual builds so Joe can personally oversee every project. On site, accessible, and accountable. You get a better pool and a better experience. It also means slots fill up, especially for summer starts.
